Rates, Discount and Reservation:
Every booking is made based on this valid agreement.
All prices and rates, unless specified otherwise, are included tax and service charge.
Advance reservation is required to the following contact details and the confirmation is based on availability.

We are not responsible for any bookings that made by other unauthorized party.
Billing and Payment:
The second party should already settle the payment by cash, credit card or bank transfer (personal checks are not accepted)
upon receiving the confirmed booking or invoice, maximum 7 days before the departure day.
For group booking of 8 persons or more (Private Charter), should deposit 50% of the full-cost upon receiving the confirmed booking,
and the full-cost should be settled 7 days before the departure day.

Payment is considered RECEIVED when the full-amount has reached our account and confirmed by our bank.
Charter & Party: If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the departure date entire deposit will be charged as cancellation fee.
Balance will be credit back within the following maximum 3 months.
If the cancellation is within 30 days no refund is foreseen.
Cancellation must be sent by electronic mail.
Cancellation will be subject to written notice, both by CLIENT and Dragoon130 parties.
High Season: 15 July to 31 August
Peak Season: 20 December to 05 January
Children are welcome in all excursion programs but must be accompanied by the adult.
Babies and children below 5 years: free of charge; 5-12 years: 50% charge; above 12 years: full charge
Our insurance scheme restricts every guest to be at their best condition upon joining the trip.
Guests with particular health problems and physical disabilities/handicaps will travel on their own risk.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage of the guest's personal belongings while joining the sail.
Policy for the Public Party or Cruise:
This Ticket Travel regards the possibility for the customer to participate in a cruise organized by the company dragoon130 (henceforth Dragoon130),
and includes: the boarding pass and a free-drink to be consumed on board.
The contract between Dragoon130 and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance.
The company reserves the right to cancel the cruise within 2 hours of the boarding for bad weather or engine failure.
In such cases,the agency that sold the ticket agrees to reimburse in full the amount received as payment in case the customer does not agree to participate
in the next cruise. By purchasing the ticket in the manner provided the customer claims to have read all the information provided to
him during the purchase process, and accept the general conditions and payment transcribed below.
It excludes any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, and any contract or tort liability for any direct or indirect personal and / or property, caused by the negligence or carelessness of the customer. In all other cases the customer will be guaranteed by insurance. In case the customer is unable to attend the cruise for personal reasons or arrive late for boarding, lose the full amount paid.
Customer who dips voluntarily outside the times used for this purpose, will be charged a penalty of 5,000,000 IDR. In case the customer will, incompetence or negligence causes damage to dragoon130, will be charged to the customer all the costs necessary to restore the damage.
How to Buy:
The customer can buy the ticket in one of the agencies brought into sales, directly from the website of the company www.dragoon130.com or at check-in
(up to 30 minutes prior to boarding).
On the website www.dragoon130.com the customer will be automatically redirected to the secure MyPos, the data of the credit card / debit will remain encrypted for added security will require customer registration on Paypal is not mandatory but the opening of a account.
In cash, if the customer will make the payment directly to the Agency or on check-in time.
Right of withdrawal:
The consumer may cancel the order within 2 business days what time of boarding.
Within two days, the customer can cancel the contract without giving any reason and without payment of penalty. The withdrawal must be communicated via email to firstname.lastname@example.org if the ticket is purchased through the Internet or directly to the agency that made the sale.
